Any cancellations must be received in writing at least 21 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of 20% of the ticket price paid will be incurred and the remainder refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days before the event, no monies will be refunded.

Quadrant also reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by guests.
